Bassoony TunesYou can progress to our junior woodwind and orchestra after Bassoony Tunes

The bassoon is a wind instrument – it makes a wonderful hoot!

The bassoon is becoming a rare sight in our orchestras, with a growing need for bassoon players internationally. Why not join our bassoon group on Saturday morning? It’s a free activity for 9-11 year olds, playing mini and short-reach bassoons and exploring a range of music to encourage learning before taking up lessons at school.

You can progress to our Woodwind Ensemble and Training Orchestra after Bassoony Tunes

It’s a great introduction to playing the bassoon, with some of our students progressing to individual lessons.
